When you are unable to print because your available print credits are reserved, take the following action.

  • Log a service request to SU ICT - Service Desk for the reset of your reserved print credits.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your reserved print credits have been successfully reset and are available again on your student account.
     

To avoid 'Reserved' print credits: After tapping your student card on the printer's card reader, make sure you are LOGGED OUT before you tab at another printer.
