After successfully logging out of the safecom printer, if your available print credits are still listed under 'Reserved', do the following action:

  • Log a request to Library ICT  to reset your reserved print credits.
  • You will receive an ICT confirming that your reserved print credits are once again available on your print account after your reserved print credits have been successfully reset on the print system.

How to prevent 'Reserved' balances?

Make sure you LOGOUT before logging onto a different safecom printer.
