After successfully logging out of the safecom printer, and you cannot print because your available print credits are listed under 'Reserved', do the following action:

  • Log a request to Library ICT  to reset your reserved print credits.
  • You will receive a Library ICT confirming email that your reserved print credits have been successfully reset on the print system, and are available on your student account for print.
     

*How to prevent 'Reserved' balances?

To avoid 'Reserved Print Credits,' once you 'Tab' your student card on the printer's card reader and wait to be securely connected onto your printing account, make sure to LOGOUT again before 'Tapping' again at another printer.
