If you are unable to print due to your printing balance is under reserved,  follow these steps.

  • Log a service request to IT HUB Service Desk for the reset of your reserved print credits.
  • Immediate action (Only telephonically): IT HUB at 021 8089289


How to avoid 'Reserved' print credits?

After tapping your student card on the printer's card reader, make sure you are LOGGED OUT before you tab at another printer.
