Question: How do I request a referral letter for visiting & using other university libraries?

Registered masters and doctoral students and staff of Stellenbosch University have walk-in access to other South African university libraries provided that they have a letter of introduction from their home library.

To request a referral letter, complete and submit the electronic application form on the library website under USING THE LIBRARY, Visit and use other university libraries.

Please apply at least one week before your planned visit to the host library.

*NOTE: This request will NOT provide the client with off-campus access to the host library's e-resources.
