Question: How can I get a copy of a Stellenbosch thesis or dissertation?

Conduct an Advanced search within SUNScholar and limit the search to the type 'Thesis'.

Should you require access to a specific thesis/dissertation that you could not find on SUNScholar, please submit a request to the SUNScholar Office:  scholar@sun.ac.za  |  Tel.: +27 21 808 9139

The thesis/dissertation will be digitised and submitted to SUNScholar, the open access full text digital research repository of Stellenbosch University.

Once available on SUNScholar, the link to the item will be forwarded to you.

Organizations are requested to not download and print theses/dissertations for their own collections.  Please create a link to the online copy of a thesis/dissertations for the purpose of user statistics.  Copyright for all theses/dissertations belongs to Stellenbosch University.

Die tesis/proefskrif sal dan gedigitaliseer word en opgelaai word op SUNScholar, die ooptoegang- volteks- digitale navorsingsbewaarplek van die Universiteit Stellenbosch.

Sodra die tesis/proefskrif op SUNScholar beskikbaar is, sal die skakel per e-pos na jou aangestuur word.

Organisasies word versoek om nie die tesis/proefskrif vir hul eie versamelings af te laai en uit te druk nie.  Skep asseblief 'n skakel na die elekrtoniese kopie van die tesis/proefskrif vir die doel van gebruikersstatistiek.  Kopiereg van alle US tesisse/proefskrifte behoort aan die Universiteit Stellenbosch.
