Q. If i have used an Encyclopedia from the online library, must it be referenced as a normal Encyclopedia or an ebook?

You can find examples on the 'How do I ..' Library guide, under the tab 'referencing' - 'Harvard' (http://libguides.sun.ac.za/content.php?pid=344501&sid=2970868#10498456). On this page you will find an example 'Encyclopedia entry, electronic resource'.
