Hello! How do I request that "After Virtue" by Alisdair MacIntyre is held for me once it is returned to the library? I see it is currently out of the library and has been requested by another student. Is it possible to request it from the University of Cape Town stock - I live near to that campus.

You will find guidelines on how to request a book that is currently on loan to someone else under How Do I Reserve a Book Currently on Loan? on the library webpage.

If you cannot wait until the book is returned at Stellenbosch University Library and Information Service you may apply for UCT Libraries lending privileges. You will find the form to request a referal letter, as well as more guidelines, on the library website under Services. Click on Access to other University libraries.

I hope this information is useful. Please contact us again if you need further assistance.Your faculty librarian is Marleen van Wyk. You will find her details as well as more information on the Philosophy subject guide.
