Answer

If you change your password at the computers of NARGA you only change your Network password and it did not synchronize all your existing passwords to only one new password.

Please change your password at www.sun.ac.za/useradm in order to synchronize your new passwords for all security accesses e.g. Webmail, Network, Inetkey as well as access to the library's e-resources from off-campus.

1.   Go to www.sun.ac.za/useradm and choose a new password.
2.   If you cannot change your password yourself, mail IT Help Desk or phone 021 808 4367 (office hours
8:00-16:30) to provide you with a new password.

IMPORTANT: Your new password will expire in 90 days, see How do I change my password?

Verander asb. jou wagwoord by www.sun.ac.za/useradm sodat jou nuwe wagwoorde vir alle sekuriteitstoegange bv.

IT Help Desk of bel 021 808 4367 (kantoorure
    8:00-16:30) vir 'n nuwe wagwoord.

BELANGRIK: Jou nuwe wagwoord verval na 90 dae, sien How do I change my password?
