Where do I find assistance when struggling with my password for off-campus access to the library resources?
Please change your password at useradm in order to synchronize your new passwords for all security accesses e.g Webmail, Network, Inetkey as well as access to the library's e-resources from off-campus.
1. Go to www.sun.ac.za/useradm and choose a new password.
2 If you cannot change your password yourself, mail to IT Help desk or phone 021-8084367 (office hours 08:00-16:30) provide you with a new password.
