Hi, My off campus Library access suddenly keeps failing. What would be the problem?

I am an MSc Entomology student an will have to register for 2018 to finish my thesis. As I can not be on campus, It is crucial for me to have access to the library resources.

Answer

According to Stellenbosch University's IT records it seems that your network password had expired on: 2017-10-15 

You can change you password via www.sun.ac.za/useradm or mail to IT Help and include your SU student number or phone 021 8084367 (office hours 8h00-16h30) to provide you with a new network password.

Once that is done, you should have access to the library's e-resources using your new network password.

*Important: For security reasons it is necessary to change your password at www.sun.ac.za/useradm every 90 days otherwise your access will automatically expire after 90 days. (Also see Tips for changing your password).
