Password retrieval/resetting function is unavailable online. How do I reset my password?
If you could not change your password yourself via www.sun.ac.za/useradm, email IT Help (include your student number) or contact: +27 021 808 4367 (office hours 8:00-16:30) to provide you with a new SU network password. Once that is done, you should have access to the library's e-resources using your new password.
Important: For security reasons it is necessary to change your password at www.sun.ac.za/useradm every 90 days otherwise your off-campus electronic access will automatically expire after 90 days, see Tips for changing your password.
