Off Campus access to library e-resources

I have been having problems signing in to the library off campus. I got the following attached form from IT department when i contacted them and they request i submit it to the library. Are you able to assist with gaining access or forward my query to the relevant person? I am currently on study leave hence can not come to the library to sort this out in person.

You already have off-campus access to the library's e-resources via our Library website with your SU campus network Username & Password.

Type your search terms in the SUNSearch search box or consult the SEARCH drop down menu for refinement options. When you want to access a full text article and are prompted to log on, please do so with your SU campus network Username and Password. Once logged in, you will have full access to all the e-resources the library subscribes to.

(Watch short video on how to use SUNSearch to find academic articles for your assignments: )

Please note:

1) You do not have to log on to the My Account to access e-resources. My Account is only for the renewal of physical items out on your name and for the Request function via SUNSearch. Only when you press the Request button next to an item out on loan, will you be required to sign into My Account, with your own SU campus network Username and Password, in order to place the hold.

*Important: For security reasons it is necessary to change your password at every 90 days otherwise your access will automatically expire after 90 days.
